I put up a small review of the latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat KatKiss #22 version as some download links. I'll have a closer look at the latest OmniRom version for the TF101 soon.

version #22. There have been some handy updates such as the lock screen wallpaper fix or the upgraded boot performance.
Did a quick backup of my newer apps and newer versions, factory reset, full wipe & format and finally installed KatKiss-4.4.2_022.zip + the new gapps-KatKiss-4.4.2_20140221b.zip
No Problems at all. Installes the jounaling disable script. No Reboots or whatsoever yet experienced.
The GApps are still the same as on version #21: [...] "

xda-developers.com - New Team Win Recovery Project version ( 2.6.3.0-13) for the TF101 rolled out
There is a new version of the TWRP out. I actually got no real clue what has changed. Only seeable and mentionable thing is the "custom skin" which is kinda... *cough cough*... But since the version -11 broguth a nice perfomance boost ( lagfree gui) the version -12 fixed minor bugs of -11. So hopefully the -13er version will not hurt neighter.
